My team and I absolutely love living here in Denver, Colorado. Everything from the outdoors to the incredible food, art, and music makes life here so full and rich. Not only is it an amazing place to live, but it’s pretty great for tourists too! We think most Denverites will agree – it’s a blast to take the out-of-towners to some prime scenic spots to show off our town. Check out some of our favorite photo-worthy places below.
This place is the first on our list because of so many reasons that it’s hard to even know where to begin! It’s an absolutely iconic landmark in Denver, featuring a diverse option of restaurants, bars, and places to shop. Between an alley by Wynkoop and Wazee is a beautiful butterfly mural, a picturesque fountain by the front of the station, and the lit up building during nighttime.
Talk about an incredible park. There are two rows of trees that have been delicately placed to create a really cool spot. And right across from it is the Millennium Bridge. Both of these spots are perfect for all the family-friend photo opportunities you can dream of.
RiNo is really cool because there is always a rotation of new murals that you can view all year round. One of the great things about the RiNo neighborhood is that not only can you get great photos, but you can walk to any number of good breweries and eateries. This one’s definitely a “can’t miss” for Denver culture.
Looking for something a little different? Check out Silo Park! It’s another spot that you can check out all year round, but in the springtime, there are gorgeous flowers to be seen everywhere you roam, making it super photo worthy. This park has a bit of that homey, country feel to it and it’s a fun spot to take the kids and get away from the hustle and bustle of Denver.
Last but not least, the Mount Falcon parking lot. This perfect sunset location features beautiful mountain views and hiking trails if you’re wanting to go on a long walk. Your photos will definitely be more nature themed because of all the surrounding forest!
