Shop Small, Avoid the Mall: The Best Local Boutiques in Denver to do your Holiday Shopping

Posted In Lifestyle, Shopping, Things to Do at October 25, 2020

2020 hit independent boutiques and family-owned businesses harder than ever. This holiday season, bypass the mall and big-box stores and do your shopping at these locally-owned shops and boutiques. You’ll find more unique gifts and can rest easy knowing you’re doing your part to support a local Denver business, many without big price tags, while avoiding the crazy Black Friday crowds.

Denver has a few different shopping districts sprinkled throughout the city, perfect for perusing. Some of our favorites to check out include: Old South Gaylord Street Shops, RiNo, Tennyson Street, Cherry Creek North, and the 17th Avenue Shops. Hit the town and treat yourself or find a gift for that special someone.

Note: During these uncertain times, many of Denver’s stores have online shops, concierge experiences, and appointment-based visits. Check out each one to learn how you can shop small safely and in a socially-distanced way this holiday season.
